Delivery Policy

At Be Different Packaging, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

Bottles & Packaging: All orders require 3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Powders & Ingredients: Processed within 1–2 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Note: Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

South Africa: Up to 12 business days via standard courier.

European Nations: Up to 10 business days via international shipping.

USA: Up to 12 business days via international shipping.

Note: These are estimates—delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

South Africa: R100 per order (flat rate).

International (All Other Countries): R250 per order (flat rate).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Important Notes

Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.

Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost/Damaged Orders: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for assistance.
