1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Prices are in ZAR (South African Rand) and may change without notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

3. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you receive a wrong/damaged item, notify us within 48 hours with photo proof for resolution.

4. Product Use & Liability

Our packaging is intended for cosmetic use only.

We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or formulations created by customers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, text) on our website is owned by Be Different Packaging and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law.
